Drew has been a PGA golf professional since graduating from Coastal Carolina University in 2013. Drew was the assistant golf professional at Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point (2016-2021) and most recently the Director of Golf at The Summit Club at Armonk (2021-2023). He is an enthusiastic and motivated team player and is very excited to join the Golf Lounge Team to continue to grow the game of golf with all levels of players through teaching. He is originally from Westchester NY and resides in Stamford CT.
AJ, was born and raised in Connecticut, he decided to make his career golf and went to the Professional Golfer’s Career College in Winter Garden, FL. He got his degree in Professional Golf Management and is an apprentice member of the PGA program. AJ spent three season at the Connecticut Golf Club in Easton, later two seasons at Hollow Brook Golf Club, in NY. Currently he’s been at Anglebrook Golf Club in Somers NY as the first assistant for the last five seasons. AJ over the past two years integrated Trackman technology into his teaching which continues to help make his students better and learn about the golf swing.
AJ says his teaching philosophy is “I believe that no two people are the same, therefore no two golf lessons should be the same. But with solid fundamentals (posture, grip, and alinement) success can be obtained. No matter the individual, these three fundamentals are crucial to becoming successful at this game.
John has 35 years of teaching experience on both the west and east coasts. John started his teaching career in LaQuinta CA under the tutelage of Master PGA teaching professional Boots Jennings, and later worked with PGA Tour professional Gary Hopkins at his golf teaching academy. In the mid-1990s, he relocated to Westchester County in NY where he was the Director of Golf Instruction at Cherry Lawn Golf Facility and established the John DelVecchio School of Golf. Currently John is a member of the teaching staff at Game On Golf. With a strong emphasis on fundamentals, his traditional hands-on approach ensures success for golfers of all ages and skill levels. John’s love of the game and passion for teaching is only surpassed by his desire for his clients to achieve their goals and to enjoy the game.
Tim has over 15 years teaching experience and is an award-winning instructor. He was voted best instructor on the North Fork of Long Island in 2008 and an up and coming instructor by MET PGA Magazine in 2014. Tim is currently the Director of Instruction at Siwanoy Country Club where he teaches all levels of players. Tim is also a very accomplished player having won on various mini tours, won section majors, a three-time national club pro qualifier, and even competed on the PGA Tour! His passion for the game and helping people improve is infectious. His teaching philosophy is simple; he wants you to shoot lower scores and have more fun playing golf, so let’s get organized and work on those areas that will help us achieve that!
