Supporting our community is at the heart of what we do

Each year, we are approached by numerous organizations seeking support for their charitable initiatives. While we strive to assist as many as possible, the high volume of inquiries means we are unable to fulfill every request. To ensure your organization is considered for a donation, please adhere to the guidelines below. Requests that fall outside of these guidelines will not be processed.

If a donation is granted, your organization grants GolfLounge18.com permission to use its name as a recipient in any of GolfLounge18.com’s marketing or promotional materials.

  • Guidelines:
  • CT, NY and MA Organizations Only: Donations are only available to valid organizations and events based on CT, MA and NY states. Requests from other states are not eligible
  • Online Submission Only: We do not accept donation requests via mail, email, or in person. Any requests made outside our official online form will not be considered.
  • One Donation Per Year: Each organization may receive one (1) donation per calendar year. Multiple requests for different events will not be considered.
  • Gift Certificate Use: Donated gift certificates must be used on or before the expiration date printed on the gift certificate. Please note that we cannot extend or reissue expired gift certificates
  • Proof of Eligibility: You must provide a proof of your non-profit, 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4) social welfare organizations, 501(c)(6) business leagues, school or municipality status. Requests for senior class parties, post-prom parties, personal events or any other similar events are not granted.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
